CASH or CHECK (receive a 5% discount, or 10% if you are over 65)
You can pay the entire amount in full by cash or check. If you pay with cash or check you will receive a 5% discount (10% for senior citizens) off the total amount.

CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD
You can pay the entire amount in full by credit or debit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover. (Sorry, no discount will apply for this payment method.)

TWO INSTALLMENT PLANS
For treatment requiring lab work and multiple visits, you can pay half the fee at the beginning of treatment and half at the end. However, the discount will not apply.
